I am a fairly active 54 year old, retired military, in and out of the gym, but mostly out of any exercise for about a year.
Life, work, babies, and unfortunately death happens in my family.
I have been on the mycology “journey” for a little over a year. I realized I suffer from mild ptsd, copd, asthma and all the other aches and pains most people have, not to mention the toll life takes on a persons mental health in general.
I’ll mention my wife bc she had double knee surgery in December ‘23 after years of bone on bone grinding, and her muscles basically had atrophied from compensating and shifting weight for years. She has never been a gym person, she was a runner but had stopped running 17 years ago. Physical rehab after surgery was good for her muscles to rebuild a foundation, and she was motivated to continue working out.
For months, I told myself that I needed to get back into some kind of fitness routine, it feeds my body and mind with good vibes, I feel better , I sleep better, but I had yet to get off my ass and do it.
My wife’s rehab had ended early August and I had agreed to go to the gym with her.

I do a lot of research before I dive into anything and Fullsend has been a go to for information via videos, not to mention Nick has a lot of shit going on and always had the time to personally answer my questions, concerns, etc.

One weekend I ate 1 sample size chocolate infused with ch3 from fullsend. Tasted great, and I forgot about it. Fast forward to Monday I had another ch3 chocolate, deliberately had to remind myself about tracking my feelings, etc. so I could pass on to the Fullsend team what my thoughts were. I did have a sense of peace, and calm. Wednesday morning I took 1 daily bliss capsule and thought nothing of it but when I got home after an 8hr shift in the Florida heat, I still had some energy, talked with the wifey and suggested we go to the gym, and off we went, when we got back I messaged Nick and let him know “it was on” lol. I felt great, and am positive it wasn’t placebo effect. I finished my samples and knew immediately the fullsend daily bliss was on my wish list. I ordered 6 weeks supply and am on week 2. We have a complete remodel going on in our house, had a week vacation on a Disney cruise, with our 3 grand daughters, and I would bet we walked 10 miles a day on that big ass boat, but we also got the gym 4 out of 6 days.
Not that I was trying to lose weight but since July I went from 195 lbs to 185 lbs. my wife went from a size 10 down to 8 I don’t ask her weight lol bc that’s not gentlemanly.

I am convinced that my focus, mental clarity, are better and I’ve noticed I have been more patient with working out with my wife, in the past I would get very impatient with any partner in the gym and I contribute that to my overall stress levels being down and overall well being sense, low stress=lower cortisol levels which can lead to higher fat levels. All of this to say, I am convinced my entire life has been enhanced by natural products from Fullsend. Keep up to hard work, and dedication to helping others.

Thanks

I recently attended an in-person mushroom cultivation class. Highly recommended if you have any interest in growing your own for culinary and medicinal purposes. Nick explained things clearly and with enough detail that I left confident that I have the knowledge that I need to successfully grow my own mushrooms.

I had such a great experience ordering from FullSend Organicks. The products arrived quickly, were packaged well, and the quality was obvious — everything was clearly labeled, clean, and simple to set up. If you're new to this, you’ll feel guided rather than left on your own, which I really appreciated.

Their customer service is what really stood out. I had a quick question about my setup, and they replied fast with genuinely helpful, thoughtful guidance. They actually care about your success. Highly recommend FullSend Organicks if you want high-quality products backed by even better support.
