Mycology

Mycology & Me

For me Mycology is life, over the last 10.5 years, I’ve dedicated my free time to learning everything possible about the subject and all that it stands for. To me dealing with bipolar ADHD and many other learning and health issues, Mycology has not only provided me the stability to live my best life perform my day-to-day tasks with ease and live a stable productive life with a mental illness but it has taught me that life always finds a way. I’m an advocate for what mushrooms can do for mental health they’ve changed my life forever and my studies have brought me friendship passion and a light to my life. Now in my 11th year of this amazing study making all-in-one super bags, grain jars, tinctures and teas owning a small mushroom business, sharing my journey on social media, and best of all being able to help many people including myself, Mycology continues to inspire and motivate me to push on for the future teach others to share my passion and advocate for change. It’s not about one kind of mushroom it’s about all mushrooms it’s about understanding the physical and chemical properties of their uses and how they can change the world and us in amazing ways.

“The task that we face today is to understand the language of nature.”
